Phenomelawn is a lawn treatment business owned and run by Garrett Morris, 4192 Old Stagecoach Rd, Telford, TN 37690. This page explains what information I collect, how I use it, and who sees it.

What I collect

When you ask for a quote, sign a proposal, or become a customer, I collect what you give me: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and any notes about your lawn. I also keep records of the work I do and the invoices and payments that go with it.

How I use it

I use your information to quote your lawn, schedule and do the work, send you notices about your service, send proposals and invoices, and answer your questions. That is all I use it for.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts by ticking the optional box on the quote form or a proposal, I may send you service and billing texts. The details are on the Text Message Terms page. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Who else sees it

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. The only outside companies that handle it are the services I use to run the business, such as email, the website form, texting, and payment processing, and they handle it only to do that job. I will also share information if the law requires it.

This website

This site does not run ads or tracking scripts. If you send the quote form, what you type is delivered to me by email.

How long I keep it

I keep your information while you are a customer and as long after that as I need it for tax and business records.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing office@phenomelawn.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update it here and change the date at the top.
